NOTE:  In book 5 all of the bisE mods (above) are given to the CXi and
             the follow on models becomes the "boutique fighter" for the SA.
             The 47's below are 2 versions of the bisEb "Cinderblock" a new
             block of bisEa as the final replacement for the hated "Dip" and
             a limited bisE model for SEAD - Wild Weasel missions.
NOTE:  Even though the bisEb is a frightenly lethal "monster" of a fighter
             it serves the SA and CXi more as a vehicle for science.
