Missiles!  Missiles! mutherlovin' Missiles! (SA, USMC, SCC)

The two most popular Air-To-Air (A2A) weapons platform "launcher formats" are the
chunkier United States and the trimmer Russian Republic configurations.  With the
Annex adopting the Sukhoi F40 any of the US-F303 CAS platforms they order were
configured for the RU format and interface. 

The RU format and interface became a common standard between the SCC and SA.

NOTE:  We are not going to go over updates and deap into the weeds re chem-motor
             design (e.g. cylindrical vs conical-layer) or AI updates which will be constant.
             We will update with top end Mach (at 1k-mb) later.  Sorry 'bout that...
